Hansen Elementary School

The main phone line for Hansen Elementary is temporarily out of service. To reach the office, please dial (360) 596-7410. If you are calling to report an absence, please call the attendance line at (360) 596-7403.

Hanen Elementary School is currently without power, phone and internet. Classes are moving forward as scheduled and lunches will be served. Currently, Puget Sound Energy has the estimated power restoration time at 1 p.m. We will update this post with any additional information.

New students who live within OSD attendance boundaries will need to complete the Olympia School District application for student registration forms and submit them to their neighborhood school. Come join us for our Ice Cream Social on Tuesday, September 3 from 4-6 p.m. Drop off school supplies, meet your teachers, and find out the new happenings on campus!

Parents of all grade levels are invited, especially our new kindergarten families! Join us for our BooHoo Yahoo Parent Breakfast Mixer on Monday, September 9 from 8:15-9 a.m. After dropping off your students, stop by the cafeteria to meet parents from your student’s classes, find out what fun things are happening in the school year, and grab some yummy treats.

Come check out our first Hansen Community Council (HCC) meeting of the 2019-20 school year. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 10 and will begin at 6 p.m. We have a jam-packed year planned. Help shape how you want to see events happen, and chat with other parents.
