Hansen Community Council
The HCC is a group of parents, teachers, staff, and community members who work together to:
- Improve student learning through social, academic, and artistic activities
- Expand parental and community involvement in school
- Improve the work environment for school staff
- Improve communications between school and community
- Provide financial support for school programs and activities
Every parent, teacher, and student is a member of the HCC and is encouraged to participate in the monthly community meetings. Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. in the Hansen Library.
Childcare is provided by Capital High School Student Volunteers, free of charge.
